Ethan, what a colorful print of your school of fish! I particularly like the uniform pattern of the way that you present your fish swimming. You really did a nice job with your use of colors. Good job!

That is the best looking slice of ceramic pizza that I have ever seen! The crust looks perfect and that pepperoni slice looks ready to eat. Can't tell if that's extra cheese on that sauce or if that pizza is smiling at me! Either way, great job on this project!

Ethan, Your bright red winter scarf painting reminds me of a selfie of Santa with his hat and boots. I did notice the 6-7 in the scarf, this must be the new style. Good job Ethan.

What a fun sugar skull Ethan! This looks like a skull made to honor someone who died that made you happy while they were alive. The color papers on its head makes you smile when you think about that person celebrated during the Day of the Dead Holiday.

Ethan, you certainly have a great imagination! You nailed it with the "silly acorn"! I like your use of the colors on the acorn and the background colors. Good job! I look forward to seeing more of your artwork this year.

Ethan, I think this is one of my favorite art works that you've created. The simple, fun expression, cat drawing and watercolor painting depicts Paul Klee's style. Your watercolor painting has a special hold on me. Very nice, Ethan.

What a colorful, collage of colors that creates your chamillion making it appear to blend into its surroundings. Your chamillion looks like it has happy face enjoying hanging on a branch and catching bugs with its tongue. Good job Ethan!

Ethan, it looks like your dinosaur could take on the world! From the crown on his head to the bright colored background patches, life doesn't frighten him. Good job!!

Ethan, your Royal self portrait is amazing! You captured your hair, eyes, nose, ears and that beautiful smile that you always sport. You drew your house in your Royal crown which completes a self portrait for sure. I see a self portrait of my happy grandson.

The heart on front of the red and blue with stars background is a very heartfelt way to say "Thank you for your service" to our Veterans. Good job, Ethan.

Ethan, you really captured the feel of the ending of the summer season and the beginning of the fall season with your painting of trees. The trees really have given us a lot of pleasure with the colors this year.

Ethan, you did good job of showing Paul Klee's style with your drawings of the tall, cube like objects. It looks like you enjoyed painting these objects by mixing your primary colors to make secondary colors. I particularly like the browns, pinks, and greens that you created.

I get the feeling of your figure dancing to music. The lines and colors along with your figures arms bent and legs stepped apart, demonstrates a figure dancing. Great job, Ethan!

I feel like I am walking through the forest. Ethan, I am seeing trees with brown bark and green leaves, the sun shining bright in the blue sky, and lots of green grass on the forest floor. I am not sure if I see a dark building through the trees. You drew a lovely forest picture.

Ethan, your self portrait nailed Todd Parr's style. Parr's style of "it's ok to be different" is reflected in your happy red face with blue hair, different shaped eyes and tiny uneven teeth. I really enjoyed this artwork!

You did a good job of mixing colors in the orange of your pumpkin,, Ethan. I can see a lighter orange which may be a mix with yellow or shades of orange. The color mix seems to add depth to your pumpkin. I also like the face that you drew, especially the addition of those eyes!

Ethan, that is a beautiful poppy flower that you drew and painted for Veteran's Day. I particularly like the way you used the red tissue paper to give it texture. I like the way you framed it, too.

What a bright choice of colors for your lines and painting artwork. The orange really draws the attention and accents your choice of painting with greens, blues and yellow. The lines you drew draw the attention to the center. Ethan, a very exciting first art work!
