Rory, your "Patriotic Britto" made me very curious. I see where your colors are patriotic with the blue and white, but I didn't know what Britto meant. I looked Britto up and found out all about the famous and colorful artist Romero Britto. You must have learned about him before you created your artwork and now Mimi is learning, too. Rory, I don't think I every commented on your lovely snowman. He's got a great carrot nose and and striped scarf. Did it take you a long time to put all those stripes in his scarf? Even though your snowman is white, you added a lot of color to the background. Great job! Love, Mimi

Rory, I was looking at all your artwork and Iike what you did with the crayons. They each made a different shape on the paper. The purple zigzag is the darkest and really stands out. Nice work!

Rory, what a great picture! As soon as I saw those teeth, I knew they were crocodiles (or alligators). Both of them look so much alike, but I saw a real live alligator walk in front of me when papa and I went for a walk in a Florida nature preserve. Those crocodile eyes are looking for something good to eat! I love all the colors. Great job!
