Jillian captured the feeling of being nervous perfectly with her choice of color to set the mood and subject's expression. I am feeling nervous just looking at her. She reminds me a bit of a superhero in the process of building confidence. "Go Super Girl! You've got this!"

Cute Bob bobbing in the ocean. I can feel the movement of the water. Starfish below and goldfish jumping around. What a fun and colorful piece of art! Well done!

Wow! I feel the energy. Love how precisely each letter was made. Great thought in putting it altogether

This painting reminds me of Van Gogh's work, A Stary Night. Van Gogh's work was no doubt the inspiration for the town illuminated by the stars. Each house carries a lot of detail. Creative and well done. Applause Jillian.

Beautiful turquoise bowl, nearly a favorite color of the artist who I know likes teal. The texture of the bowl is interesting and contrasts the beaded handle. The handle makes it easy to display and carry. Stunning piece Jillian.

J drew some beautiful eyes in this portrait. One can ever see the different areas of brown in her hair. Another fine art piece J.

What a burst of color! I especially liked the detailed rain, gray clouds, and rain coat. Even the flowers look like they are enjoying a drink of rain. Well done J!

This is so interesting how some of the shapes balance on each other. Very clever and unique.

Burrrr. This one is all about happiness and a friendly snowman in the middle of winter. That snowman has a great smile.

The use of color and pattern really make this heart unique. It's almost as if Jillian looked inside at her own heart and painted what she saw.

Jillian captured the strength of these trees with their strong colors, sturdy trunks, and large branches. I can just hear the wind blow through them now. Well done Jillian!

Alisa sure is cute. The paint stick are used in just the right order to make for a snow winter background for little Alisa. She looks like she is smiling to happy to come out of Jillian's creativity and out on the paper.

Your self portrait is alive with your personality and love for color. My favorite is how happy you look.

There is so much to see in your art. The colors are in their own little space. It's amazing how many places my mind goes when I look at this painting. I see a bush, cloud, kite, mouse, and Christmas tree. How interesting that the eye sees all these images! Well done Jillian.

Burrr! What a chilly picture. One of the most outstanding features of this picture is the blue background. They are like snowflakes. Good going Jillian!

This reminds me about a nighttime cityscape. It's so interesting it was built with triangles, rectangles, and a square. The car and the tree really stand out. Great job, Jillian.

This painting reminds me of a groovy Pete the Cat. Jillian always finds a way to use all the colors. It's so cute how the cat's whiskers seem to be blowing in the wind. Another beautiful piece of art.

Jillian filled every blank space with the watercolor. This reminds me of pigeon from the Elephant and Pigeon stories. Pigeon appears to be smelling all the flowers while walking thru the field. The appearance of the sun warms Pigeon and the flowers up. Jillian your artistic talent shines in this work. Love, love, love your talent.

The most outstanding feature of this art are the swirling circles in the background. It's as if the snowman is standing in a snow storm. Good work creating movement out of paint, Jillian. Keep creating!

What a cute monster! He's not scary at all and looks like he is thinking about someone perhaps the artist who drew him. A nice detail is the texture of his skin. Does he have a brother or sister?

This is my very favorite piece because it reminds me of the 3 little fishies song we'd sing and dance to. I love that memory.

Great job using cool colors for the scenery and a warm color for the sun. Brightens the whole world.

Just beautiful!

One of my favorite parts of this picture is that the puppies are surrounded by colorful bubbles. Its fun to think if they are really bubbles or maybe puppy wishes! What would puppies wish for? A fun outing? Playtime? To meet another puppy? I definitely think the bubbles are puppy wishes. Well done Jillian!
