Hi sweetheart! I love your turtle. Is the top picture scratch art? Your Grandpa & I had a turtle when we were your age. The turtle’s name was Smarty. We called him that because he would shove his shell to the wall & then use it to climb out of his dish! Such a smart turtle!

Oh I love windmills! Uncle Ron grew up with the view of a windmill in his back yard! This reminds me of farms and beautiful countryside. Have you ever seen a windmill in person?

This makes me think of desert heat and I sure wish it was warmer here today! Did you know that your great-great grandfather Hans Panthen raised cacti on their windowsill in Germany? And his cacti always bloomed. I love your picture so much.
