Henry, I love you beautiful blue and white hearts!!! I know hearts are often done in red but red is not a favorite color for me, and I know it is not your favorite color either. Both of us share blue as our favorite color. I was so happy to see blue and white as the colors you chose to use. It makes your picture very contrasting and lovely. Love you, Hank!!

Henry, I really, really like your drawing of all the ladybugs in the tall grass. You did a very good job of illustrating the book. I hope you enjoyed reading Eric Carle's book about ladybugs. He is a very good writer. I really like his book, "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, what do you see?" Love you.

What a beautiful job you did, Henry, of drawing your fall tree. I love the leaves painted in orange, yellow, and dark red. Looks just like a live tree we might see outside here in Illinois and you are seeing in Tennessee.
