This is a really cool piece of art because there is so much to experience. A coat of arms I presume, and the shield tells different stories. It's great to see our "Lee" name highlighted, and you outdid yourself on this one! Great job Toby.

Might this be titled Koala? Your latest work of art immediately helps me relax and let my mind wander. The backdrop looks comfy, cozy and peaceful for sure. The array of colors adds such a bright display, and it is easy on the eyes. Your artwork is so creative, and it brings together so many shapes and colors. Well done!

Hey, I really like this portrait, along with all of the interesting details. The really cool crown tells me that this is an important person. Really cool Toby, I could tell that was a Squid right away. I really like the detailed design near the handles of the vase! This is a whole new area of drawing from what I have seen and it is very creative. Well done!

I bet it would be nice to be a Happy Butterfly, able to fly around and travel to many places. Your butterfly will enjoy the sunny weather and green, green grass. It is also nice to see your handwriting on your artwork! You certainly have enjoyed your school year, and have learned so many things.

How can a drawing be scary and brilliant at the same time? This one has so many dimensions and colors, I don't know where to focus my eyes first. You certainly have come a long with your ability to create interesting artwork. Wow, nice way to close out your 1st grade year.

This one is so full of shapes, sizes and layers. Very interesting how you have put so much on this one piece of art. I see shapes I recognize and then you have colored and layered other things on top. Please help me understand your process the next time we speak. I suspect there are a lot of stories within this one piece of art!
