Okay Henry I see you! You’re not just copying Monet… you’re doing the same thing Monet did and that’s painting what you feel about the scene, not just what you’re seeing. That’s big-kid artistic thinking! And you did it with play, instinct, and confidence. Nice work dude. I specifically like your pencil strokes in the water. It carries and has movement. Well done.

Henry this is well executed, and has your “fingerprint” all over it. This artwork shows great creativity with its use of different designs in each finger and section make the piece feel playful and full of energy. I like the looseness of the lines— that also adds to the charm and shows your unique style. Overall, it’s an imaginative and joyful piece that really stands out!

This is one of the most balanced pieces of art you’ve created to date. The colors and mirrored shapes compliment each other so well. The cool thing is this aren’t actually reminds me of a famous artist by the name of Henri Matisse. He used colorful shapes and cut outs of paper as well. This also has hints of Mexican and indigenous folk art. It’s playful yet serious at the same time well done, Henry!!
