Hey Willa - I love this picture. The colors really catch your eye. I think rich, deep colors - like the ones you've used here - are known as jewel tones.

Gee Whiz - this is another wonderful picture. The way the dog's face is turned to look out rather than in the same direction at its body is really neat!

You know what I love about this? That the color of the background and the color on the dog are not just solid color, but varied and textured. That is so subtle and makes your art so interesting to look at! Really great work Willa!
