Great Pumpkin with outstanding use of the colors for the shading! Would you like to bring the picture when you come for Thanksgiving so we can hang it on the door?

What a wonderful picture! The expression on the face is sooo good -- and great choice of colors! Looks like she's worried about being turned into Thanksgiving dinner....:)

Hey Willa - I love this picture. The colors really catch your eye. I think rich, deep colors - like the ones you've used here - are known as jewel tones.

The two different colors of up-and-down lines in the background are just wonderful! And so it the way you can't see all of the rabbit's face -- but you can see all the parts you need to know that it's smiling! You are very very good!!

You have the face of this cardinal just right, Willa -- and the pine tree twigs are perfect for a cardinal. And I love your interesting colored background!

Gee Whiz - this is another wonderful picture. The way the dog's face is turned to look out rather than in the same direction at its body is really neat!

You know what I love about this? That the color of the background and the color on the dog are not just solid color, but varied and textured. That is so subtle and makes your art so interesting to look at! Really great work Willa!

Willa, your use of color in this picture, like the different blues in the background and the colors in the pumpkin, add a lot to this picture and make it extra special. Your skills are really growing!
