Opa's problem is that he is running out of words. There are only so many synonyms for "admiration" and "pride". But I have a suggestion: from now on, can Otto be talked into giving each of his amazing works of art a name from now on? That would stimulate family conversations with our angel..

This is one of the most creative pieces of art that I have ever seen: a wooden giraffe nibbling on his own house! Brilliant!! The choice between a life/career in science and art will be difficult for our Otto. He is obviously extraordinarily gifted in both. And we love him sooooooo much!!!

This is sheer brilliance. Before too long, museums will try to out-compete each other to acquire this unique piece of art. I intend to be there with Otto and make proudly sure that the price is right.

This masterpiece should be made available to all major art museums worldwide. Let people discuss meaning and interpretation. But that's not critical. It's the attractiveness and the unique impression it will leave in every viewer.

This is Otto's most attractive piece of art so far, in my humble opinion. He is obviously multi-gifted and could become either a scientist (as he claims) or an artist. Either way, I could not be prouder of my angel.
