Very nice colors and interesting symmetry of design.

Chiara, this is a very interesting painting with a lot going on! I see a lot of depth and sort of a portal being guarded by two figures welcoming visitors through the arch and into the background. A great use of contrast with minimal bold colors. A very nice job! Jim

No one can be sad on this rainy day with such a colorful umbrella to keep them dry! This piece instantly makes you smile!

Wow Chiara - this took great patience with good use of color and patterns!

Chiara, This is a very modern abstract looking piece of art that I might guess is two of your favorites - macaroni and cheese and strawberries?! These would be cool placemats.

Just lovely work. Two of my favorite colors that remind me of bees buzzing around a flower. Keep up the beautiful work Chiara.

This pattern of concentric circles made up of small line segments, gives the illusion that we are looking through a long tube with the dark circular center spot being the far end of the tube. A good job Chiara, a very interesting geometry.

This makes me think of sprinkles! Yum Chiara!!

Very symmetrical for first grade! Has Chiara said what she calls the circular design??? ( I’d call it a hypnotic vortex.)

That is a very cute picture. I am sure the person under that colorful umbrella is staying nice and dry. I like the buttons at the bottom of the raincoat and the little feet. I wonder who is under there....

This reindeer looks like he is ready to light the way for Santa's sleigh with all the lights on his antlers. A nice drawing.

Perfect fall pumpkin. I love it! Vincent Van Gogh would also be proud of your work Chiara.

I’m seeing a theme with another purple heart as a focal point. Nice use of bright colors and shapes, very uplifting.

What a happy little reindeer! Love the Purple Heart and all the movement and color around the antlers.

What a realistic looking 3D pumpkin! Great shading and attention to detail - very mature artwork for a 1st grader - impressive!

Hi Chiara, Appears that you’re learning about symmetry and balance. Nice composition! ??

Spring Cherry Blossoms is definitely my favorite so far. Chiara you are very talented and imaginative! Keep up the great work!

This artwork is really very nice, great job Chiara! I love the diagonal composition, colors and placement.

A stunning mature piece - lovely use of watercolors and texture in this abstract feminine design. This painting would be beautiful in a printed silk - Will definitely be ordering some note cards of this one!

An uplifting composition expressing that “Spring is in the Air” :-)

Chiara your artwork is just beautiful. From the bright colors and flare of the designs it is obvious that you love to create happy pictures. I can't wait to see your next creation.

This painting does remind me of a Pollock painting, but it closely resembles a painting by the abstract artist John Beard called Folded. I saw this while looking for similar Pollock works.

Bright colors, multi dimensional, and seems very deliberate in the pattern and design …..well done Chiara!

Very interesting multi- media piece from Chiara. I like how both the cut out heart and it’s negative shell were both used….and “ Who doesn’t love hearts”!

I am a big Kandinsky fan and this inspired piece by Chiara does not disappoint! It’s very bold and I find the various sizes of the center circles to be thought provoking.

LOVE this abstract painting of Chiara’s! The colors are very complementary and it has a lot of movement. It’s stimulating and passionate….looks like some of the artwork one on the wall in Nordstrom!

?? I actually like this better than a Jackson Pollock painting that sold at Sotheby’s New York in 2021 for $61,161,000.00 ! ??

Her artwork is as special as she is; exceptional talent is obvious. She has found a way to blend colors & shapes ,placing them together to exhibit her talent, imagination and sense of style. Along with a book she writes in her mind, she already has the illustrations! I predict she will become a Caldecott winner someday.

Chiara’s creative artworks immediately made me think of the Bauhaus / Modernist movements, and Wassily Kandinsky. My compliments to Chiara and her Art instructor!

This is a very colorful and inspiring piece. The use of the distinct geometric forms as well as the balance of the piece, heavier red base and 'blue sky' top, creates a dynamic collage. Well done!

These pieces are very good! The choice of colors, geometry and framing brings the observers eye right to the center of the paintings. Very impressive and pleasing to view.

Chiara's use of geometry and negative space is very interesting. The colors, shades and forms surrounding and within the heart shapes, as well as their placement is very pleasing to the eye. Nicely done.

At only 5, Chiara's whimsical take on geometry is on full display in piece #1. She simultaneously flirts with Modrian, flaunts Matisse and flouted Picasso. Bravo!

In Chiara's deft hand, the repetitive use of concentric spheres evoke the finest sushi from the far east.

A radical departure from Chiara's prior works. She uses the negative space to create wonderment and awe, which only serves to make her judicious use of pastels more inviting.
