Marcus has a capacity for sarcasm. The assignment was suggestive and Marcus’ biting comment by naming the work SCHOOL, an acronym for a series of words connecting school to confining, limiting space shows a literary as well as a visual creativity

One element that I noticed was the strong indication of perspective with the row of concrete traffic that devices close to the camera, the row of trees in the deep background and the range of dimension of of the cars parked and driving on the road.

What I like about this is the contrast of the background; the hallway with the chair seems like a boring place to sit. The Hawaiian waterfall image really seems like a fantastical escape from an everyday place!
