Beautiful coil bowl! The bowl’s multi colors add to the beauty of your artwork.

It looks like your evergreen trees are getting sucked into a pink tornado!? I love how the picture goes from red on the outside edges to light pink in the middle. How did you do that? Were you learning a special technique in art class? Maybe you could teach me…

What a great way to show the contrast by coloring the real you, and leaving your Storm Trooper self mostly in black & white!

What a great way to show contrast between the two sides of the same person by coloring the real you, and leaving your storm trooper self in mostly black & white.

Your latest piece of artwork has such intense colors! Looks like Honolulu Blue in the middle! I can see some of the symbols in the background like the heart with an arrow going through it, and the round concentric circles. Was this a watercolor? Love, Grandma Di

I really like your new still life picture - it looks very autumnal! You used two of my favorite things - pumpkins & flowers. The pumpkin looks so realistic! I noticed the way you used contrasting colors between the orange/yellow pumpkin, and the purple flower with the green leaves & stem. What a clever idea to connect the pumpkin, and the flower by coloring the pumpkin stem a similar purple color as the flower.

What an interesting cutout project! I see something different every time I turn the paper. One way I see a face with a frowny mouth, another way I see bats. It also reminded me of when I was in first grade, and we made snowflakes using this technique. Beckett, you are turning into such an artist! Love, Grandma Di

This clay mobile looks like a fun art project. The colors are so vibrant, particularly the pink (your favorite color), contrasted with the darker purple. It looks like you added a touch of pink to almost every tile!??Love, Grandma Di

Fantastic artwork!

Beck, I love the very colorful shapes you used in your painting. I also just took a watercolor class, and learned the wet-on-wet technique, so I can see where you have used this in your picture where the colors sort of bleed into each other.

Beck, Is it a coincidence that one of your favorite rides at Disney World was “It’s a Small World” which was designed by Mary Blair? I love the bright colors you used as the background for your dark castle??
