Is anybody reading these comments? Zelda, what a great rendition of an Impressionist painting. I think the Impressionist art movement became famous in Paris in the late 1800’s. Your artwork is inspired by a female impressionist artist. Great Job!

Ok “Zeldar my Superstar” what was the inspiration for your monster? It must be a nice monster since there are hearts all around him/her. I like the use of plaid in one of the hearts

I see the random hearts all over the painting which shows it’s a “love” monster. Because the teeth are somewhere else, I would say the “cat” is a “monster”. Like the colors, too. Good job, Zelda!

I like the added touch of the very colorful background. It draws attention to the trees and makes the viewer feel happy about winter.

Zelda, this may be my favorite of all your artwork! The pine trees in the snow really settle mood but the tie dye look makes it look like the aurora borealis

Very colorful and a lot of attention to detail.

Zelda did an excellent job in following the directions. She made the picture more interesting by making it asymmetrical.

Very well done Zelda. I don’t like eating green apples but I LOVE your artwork. The positive/negative concept results in a cool design. Sapp

That is a very colorful snail. What did you paint or color it with? Good job getting the spiral of its shell and antennas right.
Posted 1 year ago by Sapp
It is indeed a neon snail. Love the colors...Again, great job, Zelda!

Basquiat would have loved your picture! Yours is bizarre with black and bright colors, similar to his style.

What a beautiful composition. How did you get your picture on there? Awesome

Zelda, I like your selections of black and yellow to create this scary dinosaur. He kind of looks like a helicopter with a beak.

I can see that Zelda followed the directions perfectly well. I like the way she used glitter to set off the snow angel from the snow.

I really like the background. It captures a winter day. Is the subject a snow angel?

Zelda, The detail in the leaves is tremendous. You have captured the way the “veins” in a leaf look very realistically. Good job! Sapp

I love your apple inspired art. Keep up the good work

Your artwork is similar to Cezanne's in that you both painted multiple apples and a basket. Good observation, Zelda!

It is clear that Zelda does understand what symmetrical means. As usual, her artwork shows good use of color and a lot of attention to detail.

I like your goldfish. You did a great job making two of the goldfish smaller to make them look like they are in the background. Very well done creating a 3 dimensional look to the art

This is a new piece I haven’t seen yet. Was the design and colors inspired by the recently blooming spring flowers? The hand is very well drawn to show it grasping the flowers
Posted 2 years ago by Sapp
Zelda must had had a story in mind when she drew this picture. Good choice of colors, and the hand was very well drawn for a kindergartner.
