I see you are working on using simple shapes to create a form :D I love to see your progress in understanding the techniques of representational art! I hope your teacher will cover shading/value at some point, which would tie this image together. I'm so excited to see what you will do next!

This work is one of my favorites! So simple and interesting. The delicate pencil connections between the dots create a narrative and 3D notion!

I love seeing the positive self talk! Your confidence is strongly related to how you talk to yourself. I know as a perfectionistic person I often fall into traps where I overthink my own work, just know that learning to accept your mistakes and move on is much more valuable than avoiding mistakes since you can only improve by trying. Keep up the great work, miss you a ton <3

This is such an interesting use of different media to create texture. Excellent use of complimentary colors to create contrast as well as mixing complimentary colors to create duller tones on the shaded area of the pumpkin! It is clear that this work is inspired by the post-impressionist work of Van Gogh as the colors serve to create emotional character rather than strictly naturalistic color and light.

Tal Argov, my talented grandson, I was so happy to see your work. Your painting has fresh colors, a lot of imagination and softness created by the way you painted it. It looks like a sugar cone! Great job. Good for you!
