Marlo, I just LOVE your Lifetime!! I love that after you were born, you smiled - you sure did! And you laughed - the best laughter ever! You began to grow and started doing things that were fun for you, and made friends, played baseball, gymnastics, learned how to ride a bike, and so many more things are there for you as you continue your beautiful life! I love you SOOOOO Much! Auntie Jodi

What a special artifact! Thank you for sharing Marlo!

Oh my goodness! I love this view of Marlo's life. I do wonder our T-ball is different from the baseball team at the end. I love that maybe being born is hard and not worth smiling about but then smiling is a BIG deal, a confirmation that life is good. I just love this retrospective!

The Incredibles is one of my favorite movies of all time. I could not believe that even Incredibles two was so good. This movie inspired me. And your drawing of strong, creative Edna is pretty inspiring too Marlo. Powerful colors and lines for a powerful woman.

I LOVE this lion bat with a sort of Mem sideways body. What are its combined defenses? Who are its friends? What does it want to do in the world? I love this Marlo!

Marlo, I love your hybrid animal - it is so creative!! What is it called? It has many different elements! I see a lion-like mane, a bat wing on top, four legs, and a tiny tail! I'm wondering if it can walk and also fly? The colors are so pretty. I also see something in its tummy - did it swallow a whale, or is that part of the animal's body? I love it so much!!

I was having a hard day and then saw this and I just kept staring and staring at it. It is so peaceful and joyful. I feel like the peace area at the bottom is just slowly about to become a creature who can walk through the door and live in the beautiful waves of this special home. I love this piece so much and, of course, the artist. Thank you Marlo!!

I absolutely LOVE the Sailboat in a Bubble with mom and dad sailing with the Heart sea creatures. I really like the green and purple color theme, as well as the hearts, which are a personal favorite. The picture clearly tells the story, with love, family, and the sea. My FAVORITE part, of course, is Marlo narrating. She is adorable and expressive.

I love Marlo's pink hair and outfit! I think she's expressing what I and many Jewish children felt regarding Christmas - wanting the "lights and decorations" that look so enticing. She loves sparkle. :)

zig zag zig zag twirl. Did the skull get drawn into this sculpture? I cannot handle her talent in every medium. I am not biased. I am just someone who appreciates art.

Oh wow wow wow Marlo Bree. So, I've looked up Cy Twombly and I didn't know about his art but I LOVE your version. I see the Ms loud and proud at the center. How did it feel while you made the background and how did it feel when you added the dark blue Ms? To me I feel excitement, and maybe even a lot of feelings mixed together. Thank you for making art and sharing it. My heart needed art like yours.

Artist statement: This is a piece painted at Auntie Barbara’s art studio on an easel with water colors. The artist signed her name in yellow. And used red/pink for the heart. I was thinking about mommy painting my face to ghost spider when i was painting this. (Mommy face painted marlo as ghost spidey for halloween)
