This must have taken you a long time to complete. All the dots, lines, and zig-zags make for a dizzying view. The colors separating the top from bottom helps focus the eye.

I really like the awesome three dimensional perspective. The shapes look like they are jumping off the page. The octagon and the pentagon shapes seem to have greater depth because of their many sides.

The perspective of a great castle with a dragon living inside would make a fun storyline. Did the castle turn black after your dragon breathed fire on it?

Looks like your weaving skills are really taking shape. If you make a few more bags, maybe you can add them to your mom’s crochet projects to sell!

It’s been a while since I’ve seen a piece of your art. This piece makes me think of a couple different things. A water creature? The Blue Man group? Water and fire, cool blues and dark reds. Do you have a title for this art project?

Sculpting can be a challenge. I like how you took the medium of clay and formed an animal to represent the theme chosen by your teacher. You are very creative.

Complimentary colors paired up are fun to work with when being creative. Nature has a way of putting together colors that everyone likes to see.

Dean, I’m very impressed by your interpretation of Van Gogh. The entire scene is very well balanced. You probably remember that green is my favorite color.

Your clay works looks great. I like the shape of the pinch pot bowl and the animal handle on the spoon is very creative. The blues compliment each other very well. Did you know that your mom’s pinch pot creations from elementary school are sitting on my desk?

You chose the perfect colors to create contrast. It reminds me of all the beautiful colors of fall.
