Love the bugs in this one! I love how they are arranged.. intertwined with each other. I also like that you chose an endangered species. Seems fitting that the endangered species should be eating the rich... as the rich have caused their inordinate share of climate change and loss of species.

This the pond across the street! You have done the light and shadow really well, the hill looks real and alive and of substance. And the shadows on the trees in the top right are amazing.

I enjoy the irony, that this piece is your midterm grade, and it is about your anxiety about midterms. I also enjoy that it is the shoe that you usually wear to school, on its side, casually thrown, which would indicate that the school day is over, and your midterms are done. Congratulations on getting through them with flying colors!!! :)

I really like this piece of art, it draws me in and makes me curious. Why does everyone leave at night? What is the festival with lanterns? You really captured the feeling of a looming mysterious city with the perspective.
