Oh WoW! A family day at the beach that includes Barca puppy! Gorgeous day. Have mice to have a canopy to keep food in the shade. You’ve built a huge fort that looks like a castle. The sky is filled with birds flying, as it turns colors as the sun sets. And what is splashing out of the water to say hello? Could be a dolphin or happy whale! A very exciting picture of a fun action packed day at the beach with family. Perfect.

Oh Avery!! All the water that must have splashed all over. Such a surprise to have the top toppled over! I’m thinking it was a loud noise that made people jump! No doubt visitors to the fountain were sprayed by the water. Hopefully it was a hot day! Your artwork always tells a wonderful story!

Dear Avery, I love everything about The Lilly Pad. I can see us sitting on the edge of the pond reading a favorite book. We are splashing our feet in the water, and waiting for goldfish to nibble our toes. Then we will giggle and toss them some food. The goldfish will thank you for the shade the lily pad offers them. I wonder if we will jump in and swim with the fish out to the lily pad. I think we will.

Avery, The Happy Cookie looks good enough to eat! I believe it would make everyone happy simply by holding it in their hands. Having visited with you, I even got to see this treasure up close! I believe we even snuggled together with it! You continue to be a great artist!!

Avery! Outstanding tribute to the world of Art is depicted in this piece. You truly have a love for artwork. From paints to markers, and making sketches. Tools used when creating projects are done beautifully! My favorite part? The Parrin Family. They are all glued together. Perfect! Love it!!!!

Dear Avery, Another interesting print! This has a smooth blending of the rainbow colors. I am fascinated as to how you created the look of softness. The bottom corner I seems as though the sun is peeping through! Great work!

Avery! Such striking colors! I love that they are not solid colors. It’s pleasing to see specks of white showing through the drawing. You most definitely will have to tell me about the technique you used to create this project! xoxox Nana

Dear Avery, On this beautiful spring day, your artwork is calling to me to walk along winding, swirling paths among the plants and flowers. It says, “Come outside and explore your world everyone! There’s much to see.” I like to think the patch of blue in the center is a water fountain or quiet pool for the birds and other creatures to come visit. WoW! Love this creation!!

WoW! A happy burst of spring can be seen in this beautiful butterfly. It makes me smile. It makes me think of warm, sunny days to be outside. The snips on the tail are perfectly spaced. Delightful color choices. Even the antennas match the butterfly’s wings and body. Well done, Avery!!!!!! I can’t wait to look for butterflies floating on a summer breeze! You made your butterfly with care and love.

This is an incredible work of color. I feel like I’ve entered a beautiful land where fairies live and dance under the raindrops. Snowflakes twirl high above where it’s colder, but seems to make the colors brighter. I want to visit this magical land!

Such a unique way to display autumn and pumpkins. I can see you put imagination and special thought into a most amazing piece of art. Perhaps you will make artwork for me that I can display in our house.

I so love these fun pumpkins! They have great shapes and make me smile. Their circles and lines make me want to have them! Circles grow bigger, and then smaller as they show the pumpkin’s size. Very interesting to have drawn them in black and white with a colorful watercolor background. Squiggly vines and strong stems! Avery, your pumpkins are a joy to behold!!! Love, love, love. And love you! Nana Jo

Beautiful snow flakes in a winter wonderland. Moonlight shows all the colors of the snowman. The snow around the snowman looks deep and cold.

Avery, The snowman is terrific! I especially like his sparkling scarf and felt hat, along with felt buttons. He even has stripes! There’s a heart close by to make him smile. The sun is filled with diamonds. And WoW to so many beautiful snowflakes falling! I wish you could put all that snow in your yard!!!

Grandma and I just returned from Florida and we’re greeted by your beautiful art work. I’m sure you will be teaching Natalie how to make colorful artworks. Natalie can’t wait to meet her big cousin Avery.

Oh Avery! I love your piece for the class collage. It reminds me of Barca with those beautiful eyes. I can feel much love by the big heart. Great work cutting out the star. That can be tricky! I’m thinking you have an upper right corner piece to the collage. Very nice!

Drawing with chalk is fun. I like the softness of it’s colors. To me, I see parts of a castle where the king and queen live with their horses. So many great lines!
