Very cool pumpkin drawing! The technique you used created a "rustic" look. When I think of fall, for some reason, I think of the rustic, olden days when a lot of people were farmers, and they would harvest their crop in the fall. This drawing captures this feeling perfectly! Love, Mom and Dad

Your brothers, Mimi and I just looked at your "Beautiful Pumpkin" picture. Everyone really liked it. Coincidence, today your brothers actually painted a real pumpkin with the faces of Spidey and Iron Man. They had a good time. We all like the background setting in which the pumpkin rests. Very well done, Lula! We don't like getting sick but this picture does a great job of expressing the feelings of the transition of being sick to feeling better. The dark colors at the bottom remind me of the worst feelings of being sick. I love how the colors transition to lighter colors as you move to the top until you get to green, when you are feeling better and ready to go! Awesome job! Love Mom and Dad!
