Grandpa loves the texture on the vase(pitcher). The handle is quite delicate. The red on the apple really stands out and helps bring the vase into focus.

The colors are just beautiful; I love the texture and delicacy of the seeds in the middle of the flower. The dabbled green behind the flower offset against the reddish pink of the flower petals has a really neat effect. Wonderful work.
