I really like this style of art. The red buds are striking against the black stems. It almost looks like dragonflies as well! I'll have to ask you later what this piece is called ;)

This one's really pretty, Bridget! I love the pastels and all the light strokes...it looks very dainty and reminds me of the artwork we'd see when we lived in Japan!

Is that really ink on flat paper or is it a 3-dimensional presentation of paper on paper? Looks like what we in the 1960s called Op-Art (Optical Art).

This is a really cool art piece, Bridget! It shows a true understanding of how plants grow from the roots all the way up to the stems. Nice, bright use of colors and I like how you used the burlap cloth to paint on!

Wow, Bridget, that's a great landscape! Good use of pastels with lots of color. There's so much to look at between the mountains, river, grass, bushes, tree, clouds, birds (of course birds since you love them!) not to mention the fairy and the little critter. I think this is my favorite piece you've done so far!
