It looks great on paper; imagine if it were a blanket, or rug, or a tapestry. Wow. So cool.

This reminds me of a patchwork quilt but not made of fabric and stitched on my sewing machine. I'd love to know what your art teacher's directions were. Were any of the pieces of paper woven together? I would love to see the original. Do your art works get displayed in the art room or your classroom or in the hallway? Nice wor, Darcy.

I got a little behind on the comments but I do enjoy seeing your artwork. Do you remember what your teacher's directions were for this project? I'll try to remember to ask you at Christmas. Keep up the good work.

It's you. This must be part of the self-portraits everyone at your school did. Good job!

I like this art even though I am not much of a fish lover. I think the shades of blue and green are my favorite part. Does this fish have a name?

We really like the transition of colors to create the depth of the water. And the fish behind the seaweed is pretty darn cool as well. Nicely done, Darcy.

Very nice still life. I love the way you use the entire page, not just a subject in the middle.

I love butterflies and this one is especially beautiful. What’s the medium; crayon, paint, colored pencil, tissue paper? Very nicely done, Darcy. Keep at it.

It's so cool to see your artwork online. Next time we're together, I would like to know what you used to make this art and what the teacher's directions were. I like the colors. It reminds me a little of the Rainbow Fish book your mom and Tante Kelsey liked to read. Keep up the good work!

Is that an actual silhouette of you? I see some things inside your silhouette that are important to you. This really seems like a cool project. Nice work!

Darcy, it’s like a jewel tree! And the ground that it grows out of is wild too. Very interesting artwork. We really like this one!

The king of dinosaurs, T. rex, taking a nap on his royal quilt. Great idea for a work of art. Nice job, Darcy.

I have never seen a dinosaur with a crown! Cool colors on the squares! I like yellow the best.

This is very nice. There is a lot to see with the different colors, shapes, and lines.

I love the bright colors in the background. They remind me of a patchwork quilt. Is that a dinosaur or Opa when he’s angry? Good job, Darcy!
