Hey Benny, this looks like a Twix candy bar advertisement with only half of the message. I think maybe that was the whole idea to your Pop Art. The message pops out without the full add. I love the the bold colors you used. The Twix candy bar colors! Great job creating this art and its message that Pops. It's the perfect advertisement.

You must have had fun thinking of all the colors you could put into this self portrait. This portrait shows fauvism all over it. I love the different color shades you chose for your background and the added interest of squigglies and lines. Your personality shows through all those colors with eyes wide open and big smile. Nice job!

Wayne Thiebaud must have loved chocolate cake as much as you, Bennett. You chose to draw a 4 layered cake, too. I saw one that big at a restaurant and it is tempting not to order a slice. Yours looks just as delicious with the added design on the top and sides. I wonder what flavor your filling is in red. It stands out nicely on that bright blue cake plate. Great job taking the slice out and displaying your cake perfectly!

That's a good idea not to leave anything valuable out where anyone with bad intentions can see them, such as the precious ring on the table that you have pictured. This was a good picture of the inside AND outside of a scene where something of value was stolen. Good job on portraying this. I really liked all your details!

Nice Pixel of you, Bennett! I like the details in your picture with the blue sky, sun, birds, clouds, and plants. Looks like it was fun to create this picture of you using all square spaces. Nice job!

You did a good job of layering to make the picture stand out. The teepee tent outlining the wood fire invites you inside while the bright sun gives lots of warmth to your picture. I really like the 3 dimensional look - it makes it come to life! I'm wondering what you put in between the layers, if anything, to make each layer stick out. Great job on this, Bennett!

Bennett, I love your imagination. This is a great example picture of interactive art! It actually looks like the blue dotted creature or octopus could come to life and you'd be holding his hand. I'll bet you had fun drawing this and pretending it's the real thing. Nice job giving the right impression for your work!

I love this art project where you had to piece together random sized pieces of paper and glue them in place to create your profile. It looks like it took a lot of time to do that, too, starting with cutting out your profile then cutting and fitting the paper around all the edges and curves of the design. You didn't forget to leave a cutout for your ear, add your bangs on your forehead, adjust your neck size and add some color to your cheek. Really well done, Bennett! Can't wait to see this picture hung up on our cabinets in our kitchen.

Nice work with the watercolor background on this picture, Benny! You put alot of thought into what you wanted to put into your 'matisse interior' room. You included a hanging light similar to the one you have in your own home, a well designed couch and end table with 2 drawers. Another round table sitting on a red striped rug with an aquarium on top.. a fun idea! You included everything a room should have with pictures, plant, and window, too. I have to say that it looks like Ruby in that dogbed and i love your idea of the mousehole in the wall. Super job!

Wow, Benny....that's a huge snowman with arms and tall winter hat all in good proportion. How did you get the hat and body to all stick together? I'll bet you had fun making that. This makes me think that maybe you were thinking of winter snow and all the fun that comes with it. I love your artwork, Benny.

Great job, Benny! This was a fun project involving food and I see you put all your favorites in your Bento Box. I'm thinking that the bunny in one of the sections might be a chocolate bunny? It would be fun if all your food items were real and we could share it for lunch.

Bennett, what a wonderful picture of you and your family. You have all the right hair coloring and even a beard on your dad. When i first looked at this picture, I was impressed with how well you drew eyes on everyone right down to the coloring of the eyes. I also like the slight curve of the nose that you make...it fits everyone! I especially like that everyone is so happy with the smiles you put on them. You do have one happy family! You are so lucky! Great job on this, Bennett.

This was super fun to look at, Benny! So many interesting blobs and most with very happy faces. You're quite creative making one of the blobs appear to be two with the connecting lines. I was happy to see a heart shaped blob, too. Maybe that shows how much love you have for creating great artwork! Keep up the good work. I cant wait to see what you create next time.

Bennett this was fantastic! Enjoyed the thought you put into your skyscapers making them come alive. They're like skyscraper characters instead of inanimate objects which lack motion or thought or life. They have eyes or spikes or teeth and I see one might have taken a bite out of another one sitting next to it. What a fun picture!

Love your robot, Bennett! He looks like he's ready to communicate with you. All the lines and squiggles on his body make him look complicated and very robot-like. Is that a moon rock in the upper right corner? The shading in the picture makes it really stick out...nice! What a fun picture to look at.

Nice job on your abstract art project, Benny! I like the placement of your circles...some crowded together and others away from them and others inside of another circle. Perfect abstract example!

Benny, great job using symmetry and matching one side of the butterfly's wings with the other. I love that your butterfly is smiling! He's probably pretty proud of the colorful wings that you gave him. Nice job!

Benny, you did a great job on your self portrait. I see you have your eyes wide open a big smile on your face. You look so happy! Pablo Picasso would be proud of your drawing. I know I am.

You did such a nice job weaving and i like colored square pattern in your artwork. That must have been fun to put to this together and decide what to draw in the colored squares. Are those spiders I see? You're so creative!

Nice job, Benny! I love the purples and blues that you used for the sky and those big snowflakes are perfect to play in. When it snows, I like to see big snowflakes, too. This is a perfect silhouette picture.

I couldn't stop looking at your Klee cat artwork, Bennie. You really pay attention to detail and put in little extras, like adding a collar to your colorful cat. I wonder if you named your cat :-)

Your playground has so many fun features and you even added a climbing wall! I like how you can see someone inside the tube slide. Anyone would have fun playing on your playground, Benny. Great job cutting and drawing!

I love the patterns and 3 separate color choices you used in your picture. I also like how you placed the eyes unevenly and one is slightly shut. Such a great picture, Bennie!
