To me, the dots each individually represent a different emotion of a human. The crimson red burns bright like the passion, love and hatred that people feel towards one another. The purple stands for the melancholy feeling when youre all alone, surrounded by nothing but yourself and the eerie ambience that surrounds you at night. The gray dots express the feelings of depression and sadness- where one feels oppressed by the natural laws of our world and/or feels out of place in our society. I could go on, but it is clear what amaris' artwork is wanting us to interpret. Whether you feel more positive about the emotions or negative would be up to the interpreter of the piece, as this is what I believe amaris strived for when creating this.

Deeply reflective. The cool tones juxtaposed against a cool-toned pink illicit images of an emotional winter. The skillful scrapes against the paper, the harsh angles created by layering, the wet-effect on the blue, and torn corner very clearly illustrates how deeply connected our negative human emotions are reflected in nature and how that reflection provides additional insight on who we are. Amaris's skills as an artist to make us look simultaneously inward at our emotions and outward to nature brings me to tears.

Perfectly encapsulates the azure glow of the blue sea's duality with the iridescent warm grains of sand on the shore. Two habitats, although entirely different, blend so naturally together in nature. Amaris' artwork depicts a perfect representation of this blending- better than the professional artistic disciples even I have raised.

Absolutely stunning. You can really feel the artist expressing nostalgia for her youth so long ago. Looking forward to see if this one will become a series.

Beautiful peace. Takes me back to my days of living on a beach house near the coast of Los Angeles. Warm, summer days.
