This one interests me. By the look on his face I wonder if he's lost his mommy. He looks a little bit distressed. You have great facial expressions on those you draw.

Oh, Lexa. I can see so much improvement in your characters and still pictures too over the last few messages you've sent to me! It's wonderful to see the vast improvement you've made. I hope you'll stay in art class to keep improving your skills. You have a natural talent that is a fortunate gift from God that you can enjoy!! I'm so proud of you! I love you Lexa and I love seeing your artwork. Having artistic talent runs in the family and I think you have been given a pretty big gift of some of that talent. One person that is artistic would be your great-grandfather. He worked as an artist at Wright-Patterson AF Base in Dayton, Ohio. He learned to use an "air brush" and give the photographs of airplanes a very soft and perfect look. He also drew funny cartoons. I will be sure you get these to enjoy and know that you're in a family of artists! They would all be so proud if you! You have aunts and cousins that unknown that are artistically talented. Grandpa has some lovely pictures that Laurie created. Cora (my daughter) created some lovely pencil drawings of animals and scenery. I'd love for you to see these pieces. So, keep working at it -- who knows -- you may be a famous artist someday! Do you know who the Wright brothers are -- they invented the airplane and flew one that they made. Different you know that I met if those inventors? that wA a VERY, VERY long time ago. I was in high school then. Yiu can ask your grandpa to tell you about them and where they lived. I wish I'd had my picture taken with Mr. Wright. I can't remember if it was Wilbur or Orville. One had passed away. I met the one that lived the longest. bye-bye for now. Would you draw something for me -- I have room on my refrigerator for more pictures!!! I'd love that.

Hi Lexa~~ I think I saw this picture a few days ago and l left a comment for you I don't remember exactly what my comments were, but I really liked it and was impressed with the buildings looking like a big city needing lots of apartments for families to live in. Wherever did you see such a city like you portrayed here in this picture? It is really very nice I love you and hope you keep expressing your ideas with art.
