You used a great combination of colors, Amelia! I see flowers in a vase, a heart, colorful fishes, grapes, a pineapple, pear, and is that a papaya? Now I’m hungry!

AMELIA! You’ve done it again. I love the expression on his face and I really dig the colors you used —they pop against the black background, the heavier application (is this chalk?) around the outline, the way you allowed some of the black to show through … all very edgy! I also dig the swoop of his fin. He looks rakish. I’d like to hand out with this guy. Strong work, chick. I’m really proud of you. Love, Marg

Amelia, this might be my favorite piece so far. I really like how you drew the Fox’ eye, and the texture you added to his fur—well done! The house with the woodsmoke coming from the chimney looks cozy against the night sky. Strong work! Love, Aunt Marg

Amelia! I love your newest installment—the colors used for the night sky are spot on. I think the purple in the wings was an excellent touch. The knotholes in the tree are realistic, too. Great job, once again. Love you!
