A very charming picture. We should do a good story about it and introduce a whole set of characters.

Wow! Your detail on this piece is amazing. I love the ground cover. I’m not sure I would have thought to include that. You definitely have your mom’s artistic talent. Love you tons! Aunt Tammi

It is Christmas card perfect. A simply beautiful expression of the Christmas season. Love it. Landon, once again doing a very artistic piece of art work.

I can almost smell the lemons. It makes me think of the song -"Lemon Tree very pretty and the lemon flower is sweet, but the fruit of the poor lemon is impossible to eat." Can't wait until another piece of art comes. Love, Grandma Dianne.

This looks like a raccoon, but I think when we talked you told me a different animal name, like a lemur?! What does a lemur even look like? Ha ha. I love this, but not real raccoons. When I took a group of students to Poland, our interpreter loved raccoon. They don’t have them in Poland. Great job giving us art that brings out great memories. .

Landon once again you have proven what a great artist you are. I love this fish who looks so friendly and seems to have a story to tell us. This will be a fine addition to my collection of your artwork. Grandma Dianne

Landon I sure hope you get to read all these wonderful comments about your art work. The two new pictures are really delightful and I love the colors you used. The spring picture of the flowers has such a magical aspect to it. The Sea Horse is so alive and tells a story.

I love these butterflies. Did you know they do not live very long when they hatch into a butterfly? You will have to ask your mom about collecting Monarch butterflies during family reunions at Mott Mountain. Those were some of my favorite family memories. You have done such a great job of attending to detail. I love the symmetry the wings hint toward.

I don't know how I missed your snowman! What detail?! Unlike frosty when he was melting, he looks so happy to be out in the weather. Do you think it is up in Lake Tahoe? I am always amazed when kids are asked to draw about something they have never seen. You are fortunate that your parents give you the experience of snow every year. Of course, in Michigan, we are still experiencing that white gift from God! Happy April!

I am not sure if I commented on this, but your flowers are so beautiful works of art. I can imagine the number of birds wanting to feast on this sunflower. Sunflower fields are so popular in Michigan that people have to reserve a spot to take pictures in them. Love you!

Christmas is such a special holiday. My second favorite after Easter because of Christ! This is a great picture of our imperfection and how Christ's grace saved us from it to promise us such a bright future. I love how your tree leans and points to the above star! Love you!

I think this is my favorite piece of art that you have drawn. Hippos amaze me. They seem so tranquil but are so dangerous. I love to watch them at the zoo. That fish should probably pay attention, or he will be the hippo's next meal, not best friend! Love you!

What a perfect picture of spring! I'll bet Nana and your mom love this because they love all things that grow! We planted a lot of bulbs right before we took our trip to Arizona this winter. I am hoping to see some this spring. Of course, we will have to see what our busy little squirrels got to before we shooed them off, though!

Landon, as always, I am blown away by your talent. This is detail-oriented and a great picture of the seahorse and environment! Did you know that the seahorse male and female dance for each other every morning and that males have the babies? They can have as many as 1,000 babies at a time. I have also found it strangely interesting that they suck up their food through their trumpet snout because they don't have teeth! Stay out of their way if you are a small crustacean! Love you and your hard work! You are an amazing artist.

Wow, Landon, this looks so real. It makes me want to take a vacation to the tropical islands. I love how talented you are. Your art teacher has some really fun ideas to teach art. I wonder what Bugsy would do if he say this on one of your walks.

Looks like this guy is eyeing lunch! Did you know that beavers are the second largest rodent? It looks like he’s trying to find a pond to build his home, I love the details you always include. Your art teacher must love your talent and attention to detail. Love you always! Aunt Tammi and Uncle Paul.

Wow, this looks just like the one that I saw flying by my car last year. I love his eyes. It looks like he is following me when I move throughout my room. Did you know that Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa is said to do the same thing?

Landon, you have a natural gift for making this piece of art look like the real thing. I love the lines and colors you have included. I think I need one for my classroom. My middle school kids would love it.
