Another very interesting and creative piece of work, Harper! I see all kinds of helping hands. And that is how a community should be, diverse and inclusive. Art is a very important form of self expression and I’m so glad your teachers encourage it.

This is a very interesting art from Harper. You will have to show me how you achieved this effect. I wonder what would happen with orange and black paper for Halloween. Maybe bat wings and pumpkins etc. Isn’t art fun??

Did you know that Anne of Green Gables once said, “We are so lucky to live in a world where there is October!” Looking at your beautiful picture, I can smell the crisp autumn leaves and fresh air. And then, there is that moon!! Hauntingly beautiful… Just in time for Halloween!! I love the way your artwork evokes the emotions stirring in my heart. It makes me want to wrap up in a soft blanket with a cup of hot chocolate, all nice and cozy! And the contrast of the blue flowers just makes everything pop!! You surprised me again Harper!! I did not know you were a tree lover like me!! Remember, I think I spent half of my childhood at the top of the tallest tree I could find just to get away from all my siblings. It was quiet there and I could think without being interrupted. And the air in the woods smelled so much fresher. That’s why I protect our city trees for the important work they do and cooling shade they provide. We will need to get planting trees on PEI after the devastation of hurricane Fiona! Love you so much! Grammie

Harper, you have done it again! You have created something very original and now I want to learn the technique so I can make my own art! That looks really complicated! I can’t wait for you to explain how you created that snowy effect. Of course, you know I am terrified of bears but the one in your picture looks like it is just roaming around looking for food. Harper, I laughed when I saw all those pretty snakes crawling in the grass! Remember when we used to catch them in the pink butterfly net? They don’t scare us, we think they are interesting! Your artwork is so clever. It really looks like the snakes are weaving in and out of the grass. Isn’t art fun? Keep on using your wonderful, creative imagination!!

That is such a pretty pot with so many rainbow colors! Some of the rocks from your collection would look very nice displayed in it. Or it could hold some of your special jewelry. Pots are useful for so many things! And this one is both functional and decorative at the same time. And that is my favorite combination! Great job Harper!
