Ellison, this is a beautiful picture. I like the rainbow background; it looks very powerful behind the lacy mandalas, You made the mandalas just shy of symmetrical, which is a great effect. There is so much depth in your picture. I think I can see stars and eyes in the mandalas, which is very cool.

I like the positioning and choice of colours — the circle of beautiful pink-red-plum on gentle curves of greens and white. For me the gay lights also suggest mittens... and my mind goes to happy thoughts of winter play and sports; snow-covered evergreens; crisp clean air and cold-flushed cheeks. Smiling family walking hand-in-hand. Such a wonderful picture, Elli! Thank you for making it for us.
