This is an interesting piece of art. I like how you carefully spread the shapes out over the whole piece, you didn't clump all the same shapes together, but you spread out the triangles, hearts, stars,circles and parallelograms throughout the piece. It is nicely done, Brooke.

This abstract piece is interesting and pleasing to look at. I really like how the colors work together and how the piece seems to have depth. The top layer that looks like frothy bubbles makes an interesting finish above the happy colors you've chosen for the other layers of the piece. The parts of the artwork go together to make a picture that makes me happy when I look at it.

I really like Brooke's self portrait. There are so many good, carefully drawn details in this picture. The color and strands of Brooke's hair look realistic; there is even a part in her hairdo. There are careful details in the eyes (lids, lashes, iris, and even a shine in the center.) The nose has nostrils and mouth has clearly drawn lips. I can tell that her fingers are tucked within her hands and that her shoes have short heels. All of this careful work makes the picture look real.

I like the imagination you show in your artwork called, "Space." It makes me think I am looking at the sky at night through a big telescope. It is strange to think that humans have gone way up into space in spaceships. Americans have even walked around on the moon! They have even hit golf balls on the moon! Then, they came back safely to Earth! Grandpa Keith and I watched it on TV while our country's astronauts were on the moon.
