Using bright yellow as a highlight against the black gives dimension to the letter. What really made it look lit up was the lighter shadows of yellow. Great Job Grammy and Gramps

Love how you used shadowing. It provides dimensions and the illusion of floating pumpkins. Very cool Grammy and Gramps

I think it's well done and depicted pumpkins as a scary part of Halloween
Posted 19 days ago by Papa (fan)
Wow, very cool techniques here! The pumpkins do look 3D, and they also look like they're floating just above the ground.

It looks neon! Very cool. Why did you choose the letter M?

I sense great depth here, young man. This must be a postmodern narrative on the universe all of humanity and the endless rapture of pure love. I feel at peace when I view this work, Jacob. The way you insinuate the palette but never lean on it... you capture the zeitgeist of our generation. I can't imagine its inspiration. This is Dali-esque, without being pretentious. I'd hang it in my gallery next to the fetuccinis. What do you call a drawing of a cow? A MOOsterpiece.

Oh my gosh! I love these fuzzy owls, the spiky pine needles, and the three-dimensional-ness of the snowflakes. The dusky background color makes me imagine I'm on a winter hike, soon to head back toward a cozy warm home.
