I love seeing your artwork Matthew. This is such a different style for you; but, I assume you were to make it symmetrical. I do like your color choices for the design and the paper folding of different sizes and shapes. I am a little thrown off by the brighter color circles placed at 1,5, 1nd 7 o'clock(like on a clock face). My eye likes the colors of the circle at 3 o'clock which goes really nicely with your color choices, but stands out just enough.

Beautiful color wheel Matthew. Did you learn that all colors can be created from the primary colors: blue, red, and yellow? It is quite amazing when you think about it.

I LOVE this picture Matthew; it looks like you were to use black, white, and red? a wonderful background of flowers in ink? great random placement that sets that heart up to look 3 dimensional. It looks like you were instructed to add a splash of light (the white stroke on the heart) and shadows in the back of the heart. Well done.
