Wesley, this is beautiful work. The colors are so dramatic. I can't imagine how you made it.

Wesley, I love this spooky tree. I especially like the two faces at the bottom of the trunk. Those faces look like they are being compressed by all the weight above. Your tree likes math equations just like you.

Wesley, your painting of the Northern Lites is very realistic and pretty. The Northern Lites are beautiful to see, especially in a starry sky.

Wesley, that is a good looking pot/cup. I can imagine drinking hot chocolate from the mug with a good strong handle. I like your creative use of color.

I can see a dark and spooky cave. It was so dark and dense that I did not know what it was until you told me. I guess that you "spooked me". Have a fun Halloween ?? ?? Grandpa

Wes, this is really really great artwork! The hands look realistic including the joints. The head and body show the perspective from the worms eye view. We are very impressed with this work.

Wesley, We looked up Callagraph to learn that it is a special way to make prints on paper. See, we learn from your learning in art class - Thank you! It is a very pretty print on the heart paper.

Wesley, We love your gnome. You have really captured the spirit of the gnome character, especially how his nose appears below his hat. That's a really nice beard.

Wesley, I like this turkey painting. Too bad we ate him!!! Seriously, I can see that you marked the feathers texture.

Wesley, like we talked about over Thanksgiving, we find this painting of pumpkins in the moonlight to be very dramatic. Your artistic talents are growing.

Wesley, we like how you turned dots of color into bugs. We especially like the lady bug and the blue Millepede going across the top.

Wesley, we like your warm-red heart in the middle of the cool-blue/green field. That makes us feel warm on this cold winter day. Looking forward to Valentine's Day.

Wesley, We like your pumpkin artwork. The blue background is well organized and pretty behind the bright orange pumpkin - looks like you were careful and planned your project. Thank you for the Snickers and Almond Joy!! Love, Grandma and Grandpa

Wesley, We bet you read the story about three white mice mixing primary paint colors to make orange, green and purple. We can see all the colors in your "spikey" "toothy" art work. You are doing such a great job of staying within lines. We are proud of your art work. Love. Grandma and Grandpa

Wesley, I like your painting using the straight lines and primary colors. I like the way you have put red, blue and yellow in and around the letter A. I think this painting deserves an "A" grade! Grandpa G

Wesley, We really like you DOT. Next time be sure to sign your DOT, like Vashti did in the book. We all know that your art work will grow from this DOT into some fabulous paintings. Your DOT already shows lots of color and shapes and forms. Keep up the good work. Love, Grandma and Grandpa G
