This is truly a work of Art! Your creativity is Superb! A very complex project indeed!! Well done Olivia Grace! Very Challenging: Second graders learned how to create a value scale by mixing white with their pure hue (blue or purple) to create tints and then they mixed black with their pure hue to make shades. Students chose whether they wanted their background to represent the bottom of the sea or a nighttime scene. Then, they either cut out a black construction paper silhouette and glued it on their background or they painted a silhouette directly on their paper. You Nailed it Olivia!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
