This is a great work -- it would make a good throw rug or tile or inlay or deck of cards. It has a lot of movement and contrast & suggests an effusive appreciation of the assignment. Nicely done!

Wow Sam, that's one gorgeous piece, there's a pulse about it, an aliveness to it, it breathes...it's really pretty cool. I like the colors particularly, they reflect your watery nature.

Sam's artistic evolution is as remarkable as his talent. He is lucky to have had many teachers who encourage his expression and sense of humor. We are fortunate to have his singular perspective in our family as his delightful enthusiasm, style and studious application continues to amaze us. Great work Sam!
