That is a great dog. So blue! It makes me think of Pete the Cat. The dog looks very alert, like he is ready to fetch something you throw.

If you ever find a lamp like this at a garage sale, you should buy it. Quite valuable! It's sort of like a stained glass window, but shaped like a lamp shade. That is very pretty. It is interesting, too, to have vertical stripes around the edge and horizontal stripes around the top.

What a beautiful fox. We need it for Fox Run! It looks so cold, with ice on the trees. The fox is lucky to have such a nice fur coat. It looks very kind. I would not be afraid of this fox.

That is one pretty cat! It could be embroidered or quilted. Perhaps a stuffed animal, but those eyes are watching me. I'm sure it would jump on my lap like all cats seem to do. Surrounded by flowers, maybe the cat is hiding in the garden.

That is such a pretty china cat. My favorite kind, and favorite colors. Maybe someday you will make a ceramic cat and glaze it and bake it.

Liddy, I can tell you have been studying cats lately. This is a beautiful cat. Or it could be a tiger, since there is nothing nearby to help us know the size. If you were in the picture, would you tower over the kitten? Or would you be snuggled next to a giant tiger?

This looks so shiny. I wonder if it is painted on metal. The spots look like real jewels. It is so beautiful with many colors.

That is certainly a mad scientist, with beakers of liquids and her white lab coat with pens in her pocket. I am so glad she remembered her safety glasses to protect her eyes from fumes or splashes. She looks happy and excited to be mixing chemicals.

What fun to make a snowman. But when the sun comes out, he won't last long. Your melting person seems to be asking for help. The cool snowman looks very confident that he will last many days.

Your nice bear has a pretty sweater to keep warm. Sometimes around Christmas time people call patterned sweaters "ugly sweaters", but I think this one in quite pretty.

What beautiful fireworks! Last summer we watched fireworks at our lake. Two sandhill cranes had been staying in the park for two months. But they were scared by the fireworks and moved out. Hope your rabbit is not too frightened.

I love to see a cardinal on a snowy day. They have such a pretty, bright color. I think your bird walked a bit and then is flying to a high branch. I hope the bird can find some berries to eat.

This is a very happy scarecrow. I like the green plaid shirt and black vest and bright orange pants. Is the yellow on the sides very long hair? Maybe it is a pretty girl in a costume.

These are two fancy cats, which I think you cut at the same time. I never noticed eye lashes on cats before, but these are very beautiful. Are they twin sisters?

That would be fun to wear as a mask, if we cut out the eyes! It looks a little like me, with glasses and frizzy hair. It is beautiful.

That crab is a little scary, with the giant pinchers. The water and plants look so real, like they are moving as the crab walks by.

Your giraffe would fit right in with those we saw at the zoo. The flowers, leaves, and grass all look so inviting, I think the giraffe will want to eat them.Your giraffe is extra special with blue eyes!

That princess looks like my Liddy. The crown must be heavy, with so many jewels. Such a pretty girl!

I hope you can explain about all of the spots. Are they flowers or butterflies? I think the aquarium has a plant growing. Otherwise, they need some snails to move in and keep the bowl clean. It is a pretty picture, with so many colors.

Liddy, this makes me think of early spring flowers, like grape hyacinth. They smell so sweet. Did you use your finger to paint the flowers? They are pretty.

Hi Liddy! I love your picture of a birdhouse! I especially like all the decorations you put around the roof! We have a new birdhouse in our backyard. Next time you visit, you will enjoy watching the birds come and go. We have two bluebirds that have built a nest! Good job on your art!

I like your happy fish, with colorful gills and scales. You worked hard to make those pretty fins, squishing the colored papers so tiny. The background paper looks like bubbles in the water.
