I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address my concerns regarding Matthew's recent mark in art class.
Matthew mentioned that he accidentally cut off the corner of his artwork where he had originally written his name. He put considerable effort into his project and did not intend for his name to be omitted.
While I understand the importance of following guidelines, I believe it is essential to consider the circumstances surrounding this situation. Thank you very much for your attention for this matter
