Hi Fiona, Well, blue is my favourite colour (as well as yellow). So I really like your vase and flowers! The decoration of the vase is especially nice, with all of the detail. Hi Fiona, Well, I am not so sure this bunny is really ugly. It does have a funny smile, but then so does your Grandpa Vaughn. :-) And, it is shaped like a box and has a heart for a nose which is kind of funny, but again not very ugly. Hi Fiona, Your teacher comes up with such clever ideas for art topics. I like the kimono - it is very detailed and colourful. I almost bought your mother a kimono when she was your age and I was in Japan, but I was pretty sure she would not wear it. Hi Fiona, Your drawing is very detailed - I like it! It must have taken a long time to draw all of the scales - you certainly have a lot of patience. We have a fish pond that has 30 goldfish in it of all different sizes and colours. But none of them are as interesting as your koi drawing. Maybe you can see them some day? Hi Fiona, I really like your watercolour hearts - especially in time for Valentine's Day! Being a very smart kid, you probably think I spelled the word "colour" wrong. But actually I did not. Hi Fiona, This picture reminds me of when I was little and playing in the snow. I loved to build snow forts with my friends. There were many cardinals where I lived and they would watch us as we built our forts. They would leave when we started our snowball fights, however. :-) Grandpa Vaughn

It is so fun to see all the artwork you have created with different media from owls, to cats, to skulls and now pumpkins! These watercolor pumpkins of many different shades of orange and the swirly black background is really cool! All of your work has such amazing colors, shapes and detail!
