I like this one, too. It looks like you where using pastels. Am I right? If so, you did a good job. Sometimes it’s easy to go too far, but you stopped just in time. Your picture looks like winter to me. It’s very nice, the way your figures stand out so nicely!

I really like Axel’s latest work.it is nicely balanced and no wasted space.. I especially like his use of the warm colored sun against the cooler colors of rest of his work. It really makes the sun pop! As a retired art teacher, I feel his work is especially mature for a 2nd grader. Way to go, Axel! You painted a very effective piece! I love you! Momo
