I remember doing block printing! I think we made Christmas cards. I believe some of Escher’s works were block prints. You might want to check that out in your Escher book. Now that you’ve tried it, you will appreciate Esher even more. So, I am seeing snow over the mountains with a full moon rising. Of course everyone sees things differently. Very nice job. ????????

Very creative! It took me a while to find the skateboard but I knew it must be there! Was this using an app or paper cutting like Uncle Dave? Nicely balanced and a lot to look at! So much there that I’m going to have to check it all out again.

Hmmm. Now this could have many interpretations! First I see an alien ship atop a grassy hill. Then… it’s a red-headed woman in a green coat with a large hat! What is the artist’s concept???

Nice gradient of colors. It creates an optical illusion and reminds me of some of M. C. Escher’s works. Like the continuous waterfall or men who are continuously walking on the stairs! Quite creative!

This is awesome! It looks almost like a mosaic. You have captured their scales and with your shading, you have given it three dimensions. Excellent work. Reminds me of Florida. Did you know when the temperature drops down near freezing, iguanas stop moving and literally fall out of the trees! There are actual raining iguana warnings on the weather reports!

Now it seems to be sunrise or dusk! Slight changes can do so much. Nice!??
