Caro Matteo, il tuo disegno mi ricorda una delle caravelle di Cristoforo Colombo. A Genova, nella Piazza della stazione( Piazza Verdi), c'è la statua di questo navigatore Genovese che era partito dalla Spagna alla scoperta del nuovo mondo (1492) . L'hai vista quando eri a Genova? Il nonno di tuo nonno Bruno, Pasquale Esposito, salpava da Procida (Napoli) per andare a New York (1890..) con una nave a vele e ci metteva un mese ad arrivare. Caro Matteo è questa la maschera che pensi indossare per Halloween? Gli hai fatto una bocca molto grande e capace..pensi così di poterti mettere in bocca delle belle manciate di cioccolatini? Forse invece è solo un ornamento e potresti metterlo sulla scrivania per tenere la penna, tipo sigaro che gli esce dalla bocca oppure per la vasca dei pesci e forse questa è l'idea migliore. Caro Matteo, vedo che sai tagliare bene la carta, ne è venuto fuori un bel centrino ricamato. Mi piace molro anche il colore. Mi farebbe piacere averlo per metterlo sotto un vaso pieno di fiori rosa. Ho visto che hai fatto tanti bei disegni quest'anno. In uno dei tuoi disegni fai capire che ti piace tanto pattinare. Ben presto potrai usare i tuoi pattini a rotelle. Caro Matteo, mi ha fatto piacere far conoscenza con il tuo simpatico germe. Penso che sia un germe buono e divertente. In altre parole un piccolissimo germe che si diverte ad entrare ed uscire dal naso didei bambini. Entra piano piano facendo un piccolo solletico e cosi il bambino starnutice e lui esce di corsa. Questo lo diverte molto. Tanti baci, Nonna

That's a pretty mean looking germ with sharp fangs and mean eyes. Scary. On the other hand, its good to know that 2nd grade rocks. Keep it up!

Caro Matteo, ho ricevuto con piacere un altro bel mostro. Anche questo è molto simpatico e non fa paura a nessuno. Mi fa pensare ad una bella carota travestita da mostro. Il naso sembra un bel fagiolino giallo e gli occhi due patate per fare gli gnocchi e il dentro della bocca è nero perché ha giusto mangiato per sbaglio della terra insieme agli spinaci! In Italy my friends make animals like yours penguin with pieces of "pongo" with different colour and so we don't have to colorate it. You did a good job with your technique. Have the penguin a plastic black eyes?If yes, the plastic eyes looks at the same position, good job. Ciao cristiana.

What a great suprise! I think that this cute printmaking was made for halloween because I see a ghost scaring someone hidden in the house. I can just see the light eyes of this person hidden in the house and I can't guess who it is. But the house has one wall of red bricks and so I think that it is a European house and so that person could be me! Ciao
