The reduction and simplicity of "Sammy" has that certain super-hero girl-power old-school '70's Saturday morning cool to it. Made much more remarkable that Sammy the artist was no more than a glint in her Mother's eye during the aforementioned decade. Some artists have to work and then a rare few just feel the moment and put it to canvas. Amazingly simple and fantastic!

What bee would not be drawn to the chrome simplicity of these daisies jumping off the honeycomb background. Samantha has proven once more that the difficulties of mixed media that would turn-off a lesser artist is a challenge gladly accepted by this talented up-and-comer. The art community awaits the next masterpiece from the fabulous Ms. Samantha.

Only someone raised in the Buckeye state could capture a morning's soft pastels color drifting down through the mid-winter sky. The color infects the moon lingering a bit longer these long nights. The birch trio stretching beyond the reach of the canvas break their fence row barrier letting us know that there is something coming soon just out of sight. Samantha is letting us know, with subtle strokes of the brush, that those trees are reaching to the promise and renewal of spring. Bravo!!!

A Ho Ho Ho-peful sign that "good art"'s death has been greatly exaggerated. You could hear Manheim Steamroller warming up in the wings to serenade this trio of yuletide treasures. Visions of this jolly ol' elf will be with me throughout the year thanks to Samantha's vision and artful eye.

"A modern take on a classic" has become such a tired axiom in the art world that no one dare whisper it but Samantha has never played it safe with her artistic might has slapped this tired phrase from a long slumber and redefined it. The simple yarn design harkens back to a time before plastic and mass produced Christmas fancy. The glittery middle reminds us of the wonder of the season. Fan-tabulous! We await the next masterpiece from this brilliant young artist.

It is as if I were traveling the Great Barrier Reef upon the backs of these bejeweled sea turtles. The down under duo look as happy as Australian clams as they tool along in watercolor splendor. It makes one wish the impressionists had began their movement among the aborigines.

This composition epitomizes the art form. The abstract design dizzies the eye captures the colorful irrepressible spirit of the artist that leaps from the artwork in 2D splendor! Sam is easily the IT girl of this Spring art season!

The story quilt is a rich American tradition which has told the story of this nation for centuries and this story is among the finest I've read. The warm sun, the flowers in the window and the blue in the tree tells me this is worthy of a house to fly-over and in deed, live in forever. This story is so good it's worthy of two quilts.

10,000 rockets is right. This deserves 10,000 Wow! The stars shine off the page with the wild use of black space that moves behind the brilliant yellow fire balls. The red rocket is red, blue, and spectacular. The hope of the mission is topped off by the ice cream cone dream it delivers. Absolute brilliance! Bethie

a neuvo winter time scene with the modern colors ala Martha Stewart and the lovely grove of pleasing pine trees. The mid-winter's scene is set with just a hint of snowflake in the air and a colorful hope that spring isn't far behind. fabulouso' Samantha

It's love, roses, and frosting!... at least that's the warm fuzzy feeling that emits from the page and symbolizes the season. The happiness that exudes through this masterpiece of mixed media is just delicious and the sprinkles are just the "icing on the cake" for this young artist. Congrats on another fabulous creation. A modern twist on the old button and boughs standard. The buttons no doubt carry a history and the cloth carry the message pf good tidings of great joy. What festive piece on the American arts and crafts style. Kudos to the young artist Samantha. Brilliance,.

A star spangled spectacular for the senses. It a tactile expression of the love of red/white/blue and a grand old take on our grand old flag. Again, Ms. Samantha has proven she adept and skilled in the practice of mixed media. Awesome. Just awesome. Bethie

Dali's surrealism will invoke a scary sense of cuddly warmth. Samantha has done the same. This whimisical witch is a delight for the season with bedazzled golden stars, rosy cheeks, and lovely blue eyes. Her green/purple complexion and a sense of dental urgency are the only signs of something more devilish is afoot on this halloween. Thanks, Bethie

The tunneling effect gives the piece a depth and a certain delight to the senses. It draws the onlooker toward the center only to bring them back and the realization that it is "Samantha" we were looking at the whole time. Only has legendary cartoonist Al Hirschfeld disguised names so ingeniously. The colors are muted but Samantha's talent is not.

Sammy, This is my absolute favorite picture. I love the white fence, I always wanted one just like it. You picking flowers ... and that cute straw hat! Love it!! Love you! Mom :-)

Andy Warhol never ventured into the alphabet. The losest he came was Campbell's noodle soup cans but you've bested him by taking a screen-makers take on the building blocks of our educational system. The over the strength of the lettering is masterful yet subtle. Guiding the audience and letting them know where the end lies and your signature begins is loviliness on canvas. Beth:->

Not since Picasso first said "I'd like to paint your portrait" has an artist captured the colorful fractured spirit of a subject but she does it one better. Picasso only caught the colored essence of his muses but Samantha has succeeded in also reflecting their fashion sense and flawless use of accessories. Bethie

What a bright spot on a winter's morning. This multi-media piece reminds me of the great experimenters of the da da movement in Paris. The freeform that wraps the universal symbol of love and has brought more smiles than Barney falling down the stairs. Samantha has captured the warmth of the moment and has brought a mid-winter's thaw to a long frosty season. Love from Bethie.
