Hi Sammy, I love the drawing of your penguin. He looks so snug and warm with his scarf and hat. I think the colors you chose to color the scarf and hat are very pretty. He looks like a happy penguin. Is he saying "moooom"? What is your penguin trying to tell us? Great job on your picture!

That is the most colorful fish I've ever seen. I love how you chose so many vibrant pastel colors to create your tropical fish. You did a good job coloring the green seaweed and blue air bubbles. You should frame this picture and put it on the wall in your bedroom. I want to get a coffee cup with this picture on it. I hope you had lots of fun making this beautiful picture.

I really like this picture of a bull. The pink ears and lips and white horns make your bull look like he would be nice and funny. Was it fun making this picture? Do you like it? What kind of materials did you use? Did you paint or color this with crayons? I hope your picture makes you happy. I feel happy when I look at it.

HAHA , I like your penguin. Does he have a name? He reminds me of an old cartoon I used to watch when I was your age, it was called "Chillie Willie the penguin" Maybe your Mom, and Dad can look it up on-line to watch it? ok, great job!!!!!

Sammy, I really like this new picture you created. I love the red and green hues you chose for the background and the blue bowl with yellow noodles complements the background. You did an especially good job on the Panda's face, the eye's, nose and mouth. He looks like he's enjoying his bowl of noodles. Anyway, it looks to me like you put in some effort to make a picture that's fun and enjoyable to look at. Did you have fun making this picture? How do you think you did? Are you happy with the way it turned out? Is there is anything you would like to change?

Hola Samualito, I really like your artwork a lot. I like the smiling face on the front door. It looks like he's happy to welcome visitors. I like that the house has a lot of windows. Your trees look happy. I love the color blue you picked for the sky. Cobalt blue is my favorite color. What is your favorite color Samuel? My favorite part of your drawing is the sun. I like how you made the sun's center big and the sun's rays smaller. The orange/red with the yellow is pleasing to the eye and makes it look like a warm and happy sun. I can tell from your drawing that your are a very happy boy. You have a natural eye for color contrast and combinations and I can't wait to see more of your work. Love, Tia Denise

This beautiful artistic rendering of a home surrounded by a cool sky and large light green trees. I like the detail and attention given to the door of the house. With it's two toned happy face and the nose represented by a door handle, it gives me the feeling that all guests are welcome and that Samuel is glad to see everyone that visits. The particular shade of blue that Samuel chose to represent the sky contrasted well with the green he chose for the trees. i also noticed that he made branches for the trees that extend upward from the sturdy brown trunks. The large red sun with a brilliant yellow rays in the upper left hand corner of the picture brings an element of warmth into the scene. I like how the white irregularly shaped clouds are portrayed as empty space as opposed to being drawn and filled in with white crayon. The light rust colored building with its multiple windows, each with multiple windowpanes, indicates to me that it is filled with light. I also noticed the American flag, a symbol of patriotism, on the roof. Overall, it's a pleasant painting to gaze upon and leaves me feeling happy and content. I think Samuel did an excellent job and I can tell he put in a significant amount of attention and effort into making this amazing picture.
