Simon, Your "Snorting Dragon" depicts one of our favorite carnival costumes in Trinidad. Those who play the "dragon mas" are dressed in a costume that looks like this and use mechanics to depict fire exiting the nostrils of the beast. Good job and very well presented. I am proud of your art work. Grampa John

This comment is on Simon's "Bronze Dragon," which I think is an excellent piece of work. The detail is phenomenal. I tried earlier to post comments beside the Dragon and for some reason I was unable to complete it. Don't know if what I wrote initially was successful. I commented on the dragon's tongue that would no doubt spew fire during feuds. Dragon costumes portrayed by masqueraders during Carnival in Trinidad are designed to spew flames on stage during competitions. Excellent work.

Very Dear Simon, Congratulations on your excellent Artwork. You are a natural. I particularly like your presentation of Cody Rhodes' "six pack," no doubt a replica of yours. Keep up the good work. Grandpa John

Great Job Simon! That looks like it would have been really challenging to draw and color, but you nailed it!

Well Done Simon, This is surely a "Trinidad Carnival Band" in primarily blue and yellow costumes, with the traditional security ropes around the band. That is probably the King of the Band with the blue and black top and white bottoms. Good job Simon, good job.

Congrats Simon on your excellent work. l am really impressed. Your Grade 2 Castle rising into the skies into what seems to be rain clouds is phenomenal, with your written name contributing like streaks of lightening. I also admire this "Cool Dude In The Cap" as if he is saying, "What's Happening Man?" Well done Simon. Keep up the fantastic work.

Dear Simon, Sincerest apologies as for some reason for the first time l am now seeing your work with which I am truly impressed. These are admirable efforts, competing handsomely with those I remember from Levi and Gabriel and l wish l could comment on all. l have chosen four, the first done at Grade 1, which l see as a "Cat Riding A Horse." Ingenious idea. At Grade 2, you did a piece that l call, "Stormy Skies," as it shows a castle rising into what seems to be rain clouds, with your written name contributing like streaks of lightning. Also at Grade 2, there is a "Trinidad Carnival Mas Band" primarily in green costumes, with the traditional security rope around the
