A note about your artwork stated that it was Charles McGee inspired. I was not familiar with Charles McGee so I searched and found that he was a black pilot in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam and he was a mixed media artist. I think your artwork is a wonderful understanding of his black and white art and his efforts to heal the nation. He had "5 P's" for life - perception, preparation, performance, perseverance and patriotism. When I first viewed your artwork I didn't understand it but now I understand. Good job at interpreting and completing the assignment.

Nice job George! I like the symmetrical heart supported by triangles. Different green colors with black creates interest. The back of an envelope could be used to help establish shape. Keep up the good work.
