Kiersten, these are the colors of Arizona. The land and the sky at night are beautiful like this design. You were very careful to follow the pattern to create this very beautiful picture. I love you, Grandma.

Paul Klee, painted very contemporary pieces. You blended the pastel colors together and created a carpet to the stars in the sky. You art is so beautiful. I hope you are saving all of this art in a book. I would like to look at it with you. Love Grandma

KIERSTEN, The colors are beautiful and the subject is so interesting. What did you learn about the Kuna Indians of Panama. I don't know about them, but I would like to. I am interested Indians. At one time Indians lived on the banks of Lake Michigan right by our house! I really like this pottery art. Love you, Grandma.

Kiersten, this squirrel looks like he just found one of Grandpa's peanuts. His deep brown fur looks warm and cozy. You did a great job emphasizing his ears and tail and his long front paws. I would like to know more about the technique that you used to create the lines in the paint. This is a picture that really caught my eye! Love you always, Grandma.

Hi Kiersten, This is a wonderful picture to celebrate Easter. At this time of year many people try to think about God and how they are living their lives. The cross means something different to each of us. It reminds me of God and how much he loves us. The flowers are a sign of spring, the beginning of a new season. This is a very special picture and you did an outstanding job as always. Love, Grandma

Hi Kiersten, I know you love cats! This one looks like a fancy cat with a happy face. Sometimes I see other cat faces in his body. The black and white parts of his body look like a typical cat, but the circles and shades of blue make him look electric! You did a great job. Keep up the good work. Love, Grandma

Hi Kiersten, This modern style of art is very colorful. Adding the splash of orange was just the perfect blend of the colors. You are an excellent artist and I hope that you will continue to draw and paint. We really could do some fun things with these paintings. Over the Christmas holidays maybe we can have a craft day! It's always fun to do crafts with you. Love, Grandma

Hi Kiersten, This picture is beautiful. "Georgia O'Keefe" uses vibrant colors and large subjects in her paintings. She is very popular. You have done an excellent job and I love the detail in each of the flower petals. Aslo the blue contrast is perfect. Should we frame this one also? Love , Grandma
