I agree that the igloo definitely stands out and draws the attention to the work.

I agree with you that the face of the man could do well with some changes.

This is definitely one of my favorite pieces you have done. I love the colors in the sky and the man standing in boat who might be reflecting on the beauty of the night sky. Well done.

I like the concept of head in the sky. I keep wanting to say head in the clouds.

That is the coolest thing i have seen you make yet. Love it

Little soon for waves. Unless its a sound wave.

I really like the fact that you used a lacrosse stick to join your 2 initials. The shadow is a nice added touch. Well done.

I find this piece rather whimsical as every time I look at it I see a fish being launched. I like the use of colors and can tell,it is a night launch.

My favorite part are the eyes. They are both slightly different which makes me think each eye is responsible for something different. I especially like the eye on the right. Love the choice of colors.

This is an interesting and colorful composition. The bird is nicely centered in an unexpected background of yellow and the thee leaf clusters of holly add interest to the overall picture.

An interesting choice of subject. I wondered why you didn't try to use Milo's face on the body of the tiger to give it a whimsical twist. The write up did a nice job of explaining your logic in how you decided to present the animal and I agree that the lettering and pretty blue color background are especially noteworthy.

I really like the use of colors to illuminate the art. Impressive that you used so many different techniques to complete this project. Good job

I love the simplicity of the bird yet it seems to be thinking about what it will do next.

I liked your idea of incorporating the text in the picture. I agree with you that the writing could be changed a little to make it easier to read.I think it was a great idea.

While I liked the explanation of why and how you did this second lightbulb, I must admit that I liked the subject treatment of the first better. The stronger colors of that version's fish made the eye focus better on their activity while these here didn't capture my eyes as well. I think you were inspired by a Boston's hotel wallpaper.

This is one of my favorites as it shows the subtleties of using light and dark to broaden the effect. My eye is drawn to the cat's eyes and to wonder at what they are viewing to merit this level of interest. Nice work.

That is really cool. Next one put a putting green on it for Lucas

Wow! I would of never thought of creating this. Very cool! Would you like to live in the air with Perry, Milo and Fishy?
Posted 4 years ago by Catherine (Mother)

Cami! I love these colors. Perry would love to "fish-sit". Maybe we should have a copy here at home. I like the shadow!

I was impressed with your comments on how much you learned during this picture. Your experimentation is producing great results. What a neat concept. Keep up the good work!

I am fascinated with your fish in a lightbulb. I really like how you are trying new techniques to change your first lightbulb picture. I can see the changes and I like the way the water level looks like a wave. Good job.

Love the different colors you used.

This is really nice work. The size relationships are good and the hand drawings of hills and trees is impressive. Well done.

Camilo the more I look at this the more I see small details. The first few times I did not see the yellow in the distance and wonder if that is the sun rising or setting or something else. Great job!

I love the bright colors... very creative. Eres un gran artista!

This reminds us of the classic pop art of Andy Warhol. It would be interesting to hear you tell how you were inspired to create this interesting self-portrait in this style.

We agree that sometimes a simple and clean art piece with a few appropriate words says exactly the right thing.

What was in your thinking when you combined these three shapes in these colors. The circle pattern reminds us of the age rings on a tree as they are small in the center and grow large on the outer edge. An interesting work.
Posted 4 years ago by Grandma

A new word for use was mandala. I looked it up and saw how it was used. It is impressive to us how your vocabulary grows. This array is remarkable in how the colors flow together and the circle structure holds the viewer's attention on the sunflowers.

You did great showing the colors on the building so well done. We would love to see what you might do with the Orlando skyline and what color you would choose to explore its shades.

There are so many uses of the word gradient and you showed us one more. We love the narrative of your thought process as you explain how you created this.
Posted 4 years ago by Grandma

Grandpa and I thought this was remarkable and especially loved your write up. It makes us wonder what else you could do with a light bulb.
Posted 4 years ago by Grandma

Great imagination. It looks water inside a lightbulb. I like it.
