Hi. Stewie, I just viewed your new piece of art. You'll have to explain it to me. I've never heard of Paul Klee. What do you know about him? Is he still alive? Where does he come from? How did he become famous? Your piece is very colorful. I enjoyed seeing it. Love, Grandma

Stuart, I love the fact that you made your dino-rama pyramid shaped instead of square. This shows a lot of originality. I also like the depth, and the fact that the focal point is the nest full of eggs. Are those dino eggs? OR is the dino about to snack on somebody else's eggs? I was wondering about that. Hey, while I'm commenting, CONGRATS and God Bless on your First Holy Communion. We heard from Grandma that you looked great in your white suit! Take Care. Keep those creative juices flowing. Love, Aunt Dori

Stuart, As always, your art work is fabulous! The colors are vivid and the details are wonderful! I especially like the alien's striped body and the funny knob on his head. The space ship is really cool. It reminds me of t.v. cartoon that your mom and all of us used to watch when we were your age called "The Jetsons". We have the Jetson's movie at our house. Maybe sometime we could all watch it together. I like the colorful frame as well. Keep up the great work and have a great vacation next week! Love, Aunt Dori

We love you. Pop and Grandma

Hi Stuart, This looks like it would be a perfect mother's day gift for your mom. The vase is interesting. It almost looks like a lady in a pink dress with a black belt. The striped table cloth is a nice contrast to the rest of the picture, and the blue puffy flowers really pop out at you. Who is the little guy in the corner? Congratulations on your creative art work. Love, Aunt Dori

Hi Stuart! Here you are again busy at work creating spring scultures now!! What a vibrant bluebird! We're just wondering if that bird on the left missed the nest upon landing! Happy Spring! Love, Aunt Annie, Uncle Mark, Owen, Lillie, Declan, and Coconut P.S. Coconut wants to know if those beautiful birds are chew toys!!
- on May 2, 2009
Stuart, that blue is one of my favorite colors! The birds look so soft and delicate. You have done a great job on them. Did you know we have a mother bird in a nest living on our porch. We have named her Mildred. She is sitting on her eggs and waiting for them to hatch. We are having fun watching her. Keep up the good work in art class! Love, Aunt Dori

Stuart- Your artwork never ceases to amaze us! The cheery pattern around the perimeter makes us want to smile! The texture in the tree you can feel! The bird is so bright! Is he supposed to look like Ziggy or is that a coincidence? Love, Aunt Annie, Uncle Mark, Owen, Lillie, Declan, and Coconut
- on April 29, 2009
Wow, Stuart! What a vibrant nest you've scratched! I used to love doing scratchy art when I was your age. The bird is really cool too. It looks like a tropical parrot - perfect for the weather we are having today. Stay cool, and keep up the good work :) Love, Aunt Dori

Stuart- Your artwork always amazes us! You are very creative! I love how you tipped the porthole on the side and loaded it up with all kinds of cool creatures and items! I love the sunken ship and the scuba diver! I would love to go and investigate this ocean floor myself! Love, Aunt Annie P.S. Coconut says she would love to swim in this ocean, too! Woof!
- on April 22, 2009
Stuart- I love it! There is so much to see through your porthole! I see a scuba diver, a sting ray (I once landed on top of one when I went diving), a sunken ship and all kinds of fish. You pay a great deal of attention to detail and I, as a veiwer of you art, appreciate all the hard work. Keep it up! See you this summer. Love, Deborah

Stuart, Before I even read the title I thought to myself, "This reminds me of the Very Hungry Caterpillar," and I was right! The three-D effects make it look like the caterpillar is actually moving. I like how you gave the legs different color. Come to think of it, do caterpillars have "legs" or are they called something else? The pink and blue butterflies hint at the changes to come - well done! Your art is amazing :) Love, Aunt Dori
- on April 6, 2009
Stuart- We love this very colorful, very hungry caterpillar! We hope the caterpillar doesn't crawl off the page looking for some food! Are caterpillars a sign of spring? Eric Carle would be proud of you! We certainly are proud of you! XO, Aunt Annie, Uncle Mark, Owen, Lillie, Declan, and Coconut
