Hey, Jackson.... I suppose you know how I love bright happy colors..this is perfect!!!I do not think it is goofy. It's gorgeous. And just a little mysterious.

I like the symmetry too, Jackson. I also like the color. I can't tell if this is paint or collage, but it is very cool.

I love this pinch pot SO much. The color is definitely Kermit!!!! Patience is required for pottery projects, and you nailed this.

I love your aquatic work! Is there really a slurpfish? Or did you invent it? I think you should snorkel in Hawaii!!!

This is my favorite thing you ever created, Jackson. I love it because you clearly took time to create atmosphere and contrast. Mostly I like it because the colors are gorgeous and the fish look like they are swimming about. I love when you work hard, because the result is AWESOME.

Jax: I love the imagination and detail here! But most of all, I love the unexpected pop that pink brings. In this Barbie era, this is genius at work. I’m proud that you took time to create a memorable piece of art!!!

I had a tape fail at the house! Emmett, taped up something he loved, and left it on the wall in the bedroom he slept in. When I took it off, all the wallpaper came off too.Your taping is WAY better. I will have to take all of the wallpaper down and paint the room. You are artistic- you can help me. Haha

Are these for your Mom for Mother's Day???? Someday you should ask to see the weaving that your Dad made for Grampa Steve in elementary school by staying in the art room during lunch and after school. It is amazing. Your dad also made me lots of cool treasures that I still have.
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma Janet
Weaving takes a lot of patience, Jackson!!! I like the fact that you did not limit yourself to any special order with your colors. You are a free thinker!
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma Janet (fan)
If you do not know what you are doing, then you are an instinctual artist, because this is vibrant and beautiful.

Love the colors!

This is a very cheerful collage, Jackson. I love the colors you have selected. Have you given it a title?
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma Janet
I love your interpretation of Kandinsky! The bold colors and abstract imagery is just what this modern master sought to create. You are now a 21st century master!
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma Janet
I cannot tell you how much I love this art, Jackson. The color contrast is beautiful, and you have worked hard to display the mystery of night time, and the bright light of day.

I love your pinch pot! Your dad LOVED art in elementary school, and his art teacher LOVED him. He made a pinch pot that I still have in New Buffalo. He also made a weaving of Grandpa's face that required hin to eat lunch in the art room while he worked. You are carrying on this tradition. Good work.

I love the detail on this turtle, but I wish he had some bright colors!!! There are lots of slowpoke turtles here in Florida, and I cannot wait to see them with you when we have our long-delayed visit next week. I can feel the hugs already.

Jackson- I love this beautiful drawing, and it feels like a BIG hug is heading my way. You are a really talented artist.
