This is a picture of a man made out of string or yarn or something and he is wearing a fancy suit. I think it is kind of funny! His suit is black, and as a contrast, there is a white moon behind him. He also has a cane which shows that he has superiority (like he's rich). This piece makes me feel curious because I want to know what this weird-looking man is like! He looks like he might be an outcast, but he is dressed like he is very rich! I think this piece was a success! This is VERY original especially because of his weird face. -V

joe your sand monster is very creative. your technique is very our there. the element in this pice is darkness. also is shows great hopes for a tv show. i like how you blended the pencil together to show shadows. also i like the preimids in the background. you should write a story for this artwork. keep up the good work. The title of this art is "Sandstorm", and is done by me. The work is really better than it looks; SOMEBODY took the picture at a wierd angle, here at Omro High School. I made this using only pencil. Shading is obviously promminent, as well as a technique using sandpaper in the background. I was going for something that people would both say is "cool" and "creepy". This work relates to Science-Fiction; IT'S A SUPERHERO! The work is slightly original; there are many heroes/villains that can turn into sand, but none are in the Sahara, or have a cloak. I feel I could do better, though.

I enjoy this piece. I like how in the background you did quick lines to make it look like you are in space with a few white spaces making it look like stars. And you left the moon with not too much detail making it look simple and pretty. The man in the picture was colored very nicley and his clothes look smooth. The face of the man is pretty sweet i must say, i love the whole mummy look. When i look at this photo it makes me feel sort of scared..he looks a bit mysterious..but i do really enjoy this photo. You drew this photo out of thin air and based it off of a image in your head, which can be very hard to do sometimes but you created a very good piece of art.
